Nathalie Nadeau Hope

Trained and danced at L’École Supérieure de Danse de Québec in Montréal, school of Les Grands Ballets Canadiens. Nathalie graduated under the tutelage of Daniel Seillier, a graduate of The Paris Opera Ballet School, National Ballet of Canada teacher and recipient of the Order of Canada.

Nathalie trained and danced in Montréal, but her career was cut short due to an injury. She continued her performing career in Musical Theatre and was privileged to join the Canadian company of Phantom of the Opera in leading roles with both the Toronto and Touring cast. Her love of movement and teaching, along with her desire to help others recover and prevent injuries are close to her heart. This led Nathalie to continue her studies in postural rehabilitation, anatomy, physiology, therapeutic stretching, yoga and mindfulness in movement.

Nathalie has been teaching for over 25 years core, ballet, yoga and mindfulness and her desire to help people thrive, find peace and freedom in their body, heart and mind has been her passion.

Nathalie teaches at the Alberta Ballet School, and The Fitness Table Calgary.

“Yoga in general makes you feel more confident, reminds you just how wonderful you already are. You learn to accept yourself, and then everyone will accept you.”
