We will be practicing live together once a week.
Your daily practices are a very important step in training the body and mind
toward reconnecting, finding the mental space, and recognize the relaxed calm state,
and learn to recreate as needed.
Once your course starts, you will find a weekly
Mindfulness in Movement and breathing practices and all videos
will be available for the duration of your course.
Please do not share password with anyone not in the course.
