Adult Yoga Classes
Series of postures guided by the breath. In Vinyasa Flow practice, the transitions become as important as the postures and the rythme remains always guided by the breath. Your classes will be dynamic, include Asanas(postures), Pranayama(breath), Dharana(concentration) and Dhyana(meditation). Much importance in class in guiding you toward better alignment, posture and better breathing techniques.
Teen Classes
Will comprise of same as yoga practice above, but presented and themed for the needs of teen girls and teen boys to help them discover and recognize the power within themselves.
